10-纸浆浓度测量及控制系统







系统简介(System introduction)


  传感器采用剪切力测量,其优点是信号灵敏度高,抗零点漂移和纸浆流速变化、冲击振动等影响的能力强。内旋式纸浆浓度传感器和动刀式浓度传感器是目前应用最可靠、性能最稳定的纸浆浓度传感器。

Rotating type pulp consistency sensor and knife type pulp consistency sensor concentration sensor is by far the most reliable and most stable performance.


  传感器采用管道测量的方式,安装简化,易于与控制器和DCS配合使用。传感器结构坚固, 测量重复性好, 能够给出全量程的纸浆浓度值。适用于各类纸浆测量,测量不受纤维成分、打浆度、填料、气泡、压力、振动等影响。

  Sensor using pipeline measurement methods, simplified installation, easy to use with the controller and DCS. The sensor structure is strong, good repeatability of measurement, to the full range of pulp concentration value is given. Applicable to all kinds of pulp measurement, the measurement is independent of fiber components, beating degree, packing pressure, vibration, bubbles, etc..


 纸浆浓度传感器采用微芯片处理器,直接将剪切力信号转换成纸浆浓度,并且考虑了各个影响因素的补偿。传感器采用内置转换曲线,出厂预先标定,现场一点标定,安装调整方便准确。传感器能在全量程范围内给出纸浆浓度绝对值。传感器与控制器或DCS连接可以使用标准的4-20mA信号,也可以使用数字通信。传感器转换器设有键盘和数码显示器,设定操作完全可以在转换器上直接完成,不用借助其它辅助装备。

  Pulp consistency sensor using micro chip processor, direct shear stress signals into the pulp concentration, and taking into account the compensation of each influence factor. The sensor adopts built-in conversion curve, the factory pre calibration, the calibration accuracy, convenient installation and adjustment. The absolute value of the pulp concentration sensor can be given in the full range. The sensor and controller or DCS connected to the 4-20mA signal can use standard, also can use digital communication. Sensor converter is provided with a keyboard and digital display, set the operation can be done directly on the converter, without the aid of other auxiliary equipment.
