系统简介:

Brief introduction of the system:

1、激光测厚仪一般是由两个激光位移传感器上下对射的方式组成的,上下的两个传感器分别测量被测体上表面的位置和下表面的位置,通过计算得到被测体的厚度。激光测厚仪的优点在于它采用的是非接触的测量,相对接触式测厚仪更精准,不会因为磨损而损失精度。相对超声波测厚仪精度更高。相对X射线测厚仪没有辐射污染。

1. The laser thickness gauge usually is made up of two laser displacement sensors which emit laser up and down, and the two sensors measure the position of upper surface and the position of lower surface of the measured object respectively, and the thickness of the measured object can be obtained through calculation. The advantage of laser thickness gauge lies in it adopts non-contact measurement, and is more accurate than contact type thickness gauge, and its precision will not be lost due to wear. Compared with ultrasonic thickness gauge, the laser thickness gauge’s precision is higher, and compared with X-ray thickness gauge, the laser thickness gauge has no radiation pollution.

2、 为了实现超高精度厚度检测,本系统采用进口激光测距仪作为主要传感器。

2. To realize ultra high-precision thickness detection, this system adopts imported laser range finder as the main sensor.

3、在现性能达到:0.005um;测量精度±0.02%;响应速度快。

3. The on-line performance reaches: 0.005um; the measurement precision is ±0.02%, and the response speed is fast.

4、系统带有自动标定功能,定时自动退出校正(具有校正时间可根据客户自行设定功能),达到检测精度的可靠性,大大减少了因系统漂移影响到实际检测精度。

The system is designed with automatic calibration function, and it can exit the calibration automatically in the fixed time (the calibration time can be set according to customer requirements), and the detection precision is reliable, thus greatly reducing the impact of system drift on actual detection precision.

5、主机架采用大理石作为承载平台,因大理石长期天然时效,组织结构均匀,线胀系数极小,内应力完全消失,不变形,刚性好,硬度高,耐磨性强,温度变形小等特点,所以大大减少了因机架本身形变的误差而影响到测量精度。

5. The main rack adopts the marble as the bearing platform, and owing to the marble’s features of long-term natural aging, uniform structure, extremely small linear expansion coefficient, total disappearance of internal stress, no deformation, good rigidity, high hardness, strong wear resistance, and small temperature deformation, the impact of the rack’s deformation error on the measurement precision is greatly lowered.

6、 该测厚仪由激光器、视频信号处理器、微机终端处理系统等组成。

6. This thickness gauge consists of a laser, a video signal processor, and a microcomputer terminal handling system, etc.

7、扫描速度0-300mm/s连续可调。

7. The scanning speed is continuously adjustable within 0-300mm/s.
